Converted attic space into a master-suite with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Added two Velux rooflights to maximise natural light, reinforced joists, upgraded insulation & carried out all planning and structural works. Completed in 8 weeks.

Built a 6m rear extension plus a double-storey side and rear addition. New open-plan kitchen/living/dining space downstairs, two large bedrooms and family bathroom upstairs. Full design, planning permission, brickwork, roofing, plumbing & décor handled.

A whole-house refurb: stripped back interior, reconfigured downstairs layout to create open plan, new kitchen, three bathrooms refitted, new flooring, windows, and complete rewiring & plumbing upgrade. Delivered over 4 months.

Converted a detached garage into a multifunctional annexe: home office/studio. Included insulation, external cladding, underfloor heating, electrical fit-out and tying into main water/waste. Now used as quiet work space.

Modernised a period property: new shaker kitchen with stone worktops, integrated appliances; bathrooms upgraded to include walk-in shower, rain shower heads, heated towel rails; tiling, lighting & plumbing all renewed.

Installed block-paved driveway with decorative border, resin bound pathway, and a large natural stone patio with sleeper edging. All groundwork, drainage, and hard landscaping completed, giving the home an upgraded outdoor living space.
