Gifts and hospitality
Gifts and hospitality must be modest, proportionate, properly recorded and never intended to influence business decisions improperly.
Third parties
We assess the integrity of agents, suppliers and business partners and do not engage with parties known or suspected to be involved in bribery or corruption.
Reporting and review
Concerns should be reported through the appropriate channel. This policy is reviewed regularly and supported by training where appropriate.
