Project Overview
Inhire provided skilled trades and plant operators to a residential contractor in Croydon over an eight-month period. The requirement scaled across groundworks, concrete and finishing phases.
Scope of Works
- CSCS groundworkers and concrete finishers
- 360 excavator and dumper operators
- Skilled drylining fixers for later phases
- Site logistics and banksman support
Project Challenges
Labour demand fluctuated between phases, and the site had strict induction and PPE requirements that needed to be maintained across rotating personnel.
Our Solution
We supplied a core team for continuity and augmented it with additional operatives at peak periods. All personnel completed site inductions and toolbox talks before arrival.
Results
The workforce remained consistent and responsive, helping the contractor maintain progress through all three construction phases.
