Project Overview
Inhire delivered a combined package of groundworks, landscaping and manpower for a mixed-use regeneration site in Stratford. The project involved site preparation, drainage, external finishes and ongoing labour support.
Scope of Works
- Site strip, bulk excavation and foundations
- Below-ground drainage and SUDS features
- Hard and soft landscaping to public realm
- General operatives and skilled trades throughout construction
Project Challenges
The site had multiple stakeholders, phased handovers and public interface areas that needed to remain presentable while construction continued.
Our Solution
We appointed a dedicated package manager to coordinate between trades, sequenced external works to match handover dates and provided a stable core labour team.
Results
The multi-trade package was delivered in line with the master programme, with each phase handed over on the agreed date.
