West End Office Courtyard

Project Overview

Inhire delivered the hard and soft landscaping package for a multi-storey office refurbishment in Hammersmith. The scope centred on a central courtyard and perimeter areas that needed to be tenant-ready for handover.

Scope of Works

• Paving and kerbing to courtyard and walkways
• Raised planters and integrated seating
• Turfing, planting beds and tree pits
• Surface water drainage and irrigation connections

Project Challenges

Materials deliveries were restricted by a narrow site entrance and live pedestrian routes. The programme also required all external works to finish within a fixed handover window.

Our Solution

We used just-in-time deliveries and out-of-hours material drops to minimise disruption. The team worked in sections to keep pedestrian routes open and complete the finish in the correct sequence.

Results

The courtyard was handed over defect-free and on time, with the external works praised during the final site inspection.
