Your role:
You’ll be joining us during an exciting period of change, and with new business lines successfully
introduced to the Nordic market, you’ll play an integral part in driving and supporting us with our
transformation and future growth.
Your key responsibility is to act as a true business partner for a business of 100 employees split
across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. You’ll lead from the front, adding value by aligning
business objectives with employees and management, consulting on human resource related issues
and collaborating with our HR Centers of Excellence.
You will directly impact the success of our Nordic business across all countries in the region through
partnering with the leadership; coaching, supporting and challenging them, whilst further developing
the culture, mindset and working with key talent across the business.
You’ll report into the HR Director International Operations, who will give you the empowerment to
deliver and execute a local strategy with the full support of our HR Centre’s of Excellence.
In summary, you’ll be the sole HR Business partner and your role will be a mix of operational
execution and strategic planning, aligning business objectives with employees and management in
across the Nordic region.
What you bring:
You’re a seasoned HR Business Partner who has proven operational experience across all countries in
the Nordic region.
You’re a true business partner; you bring a mature commercial approach with proven experience in
coaching, supporting and challenging the business.
You’ve been involved at both an executional and strategic level particularly in the areas of
Performance Management, Engagement, Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Transformation.
You’re capable of working in a remote HR function where you’ll be the key point of contact, whilst
being supported by a wider HR function and centres of excellence.
You understand how to balance both the needs of HR and the business; you can translate
group/global initiatives and can negotiate and compromise accordingly to deliver those successfully
at a local level.

Our Hiring Process:
If things go well, you can expect 2 – 3 interviews with the hiring team, after which a decision will be
