Job Description

Meridian Business Support are currently working with a leading New Build Housing contractor inthe North West who are looking to recruit an experience Technical Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the project and support the Technical Lead in job execution. • Check and process Architectural and Engineering drawings. • Ensure all project information is accurately checked and coordinated. • Issue drawings and information for construction purposes, adhering to protocols. • Manage enquiries and applications with statutory service companies and local authorities. • Liaise with Architects, Engineers, and sub-contractors to obtain necessary information.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical role for a residential developer. • Degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field. • Working knowledge of Building Regulations and current legislation for residential/commercial development. • Proficiency in computer use with strong numerical, verbal, and written skills. • Demonstrated ability to lead a design team and manage internal staff. • Effective communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.

Salary

£75k-£100k
