Responsibilities
• Site Inductions: Conduct inductions for direct and subcontract labor.
• Daily Meetings: Hold daily site meetings to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Project Updates: Communicate project updates to the senior project management teams.
• Team Engagement: Ensure effective communication and motivation through toolbox talks.
• Permits and Documentation: Review and submit permits and RAMS to the client’s online portal.
• Qualifications: Ideally hold SSSTS / SMSTS certification. BMS experience is advantageous but not required.
Requirements
• Experience: Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Certifications: SSSTS / SMSTS qualification preferred.
Salary
£50,000 – £65,000
