– Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, including construction work, material deliveries, and subcontractor schedules
– Ensure project plans, drawings, and specifications are accurately followed and implemented on-site
– Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed
– Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
– Manage and supervise on-site personnel, including subcontractors and trades, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
– Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or non-compliance issues
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, site logs, and progress reports
– Manage and control site resources, including materials, equipment, and tools, to optimize productivity and minimize waste
– Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and environmental standards
– Participate in project meetings, providing updates and addressing stakeholder concerns
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
– Proven experience as a Site Manager or Construction Supervisor, with a successful track record in managing construction projects
– In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, as well as building codes and regulations
– Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate on-site teams
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to think critically and proactively
– Familiarity with project management tools and construction management software
– Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment, with a focus on health and safety standards
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
– Valid construction-related certifications (e.g., OSHA, CSCS) are preferred
