• Lead the development and execution of WordPress and WooCommerce projects. • Define project scope and provide accurate task estimates in collaboration with Client Success Managers and clients. • Present ideas, progress, and solutions to internal teams and external stakeholders. • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance. • Test and validate proposed solutions through MVPs and prototypes. • Provide regular updates on project development during team stand-ups, client meetings, and via written communications like Slack. • Collaborate with commercial, design, and development teams to ensure successful project outcomes using Agile methodology.
