• Manage cost control and financial reporting for construction projects.
• Attend design and development meetings, and provide cost advice.
• Prepare construction cost analyses, tender documentation, and budgets.
• Negotiate subcontractor orders and manage cost variations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
• Provide cost advice on major variations and post-completion defects.
• Liaise with various departments and stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency and project success.
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Extensive experience in quantity surveying with a deep understanding of construction techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software (Xpedeon, Viewpoint/4Projects, COINS, Agresso).
• Excellent mathematical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and influence best practices.
