They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager/Site Manager to join their team. Responsibilities

⦁ Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets. ⦁ Collaborate closely with architects, designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. ⦁ Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and construction methodologies. ⦁ Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues. ⦁ Manage subcontractors and trade partners, ensuring their work aligns with project specifications and quality expectations. ⦁ Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. ⦁ Maintain open communication with clients, addressing their concerns and keeping them informed of project developments. ⦁ Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, approvals, and handover documentation. ⦁ Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Requirements

⦁ Proven track record of successfully managing high-end residential or commercial construction projects. ⦁ Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices. ⦁ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. ⦁ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. ⦁ Proficiency in project management software and tools. ⦁ Familiarity with sustainable building practices and LEED/BREEAM certification processes (preferred). ⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
