Responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout all lifecycle stages. • Oversee rail projects and property-related initiatives. • Work on projects with Network Rail, Transport for London, HS2, and Crossrail. • Administer and manage NEC contracts. • Effectively communicate and manage stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience working on rail projects is essential. • Property-related project experience is beneficial. • Familiarity with Network Rail, TFL, HS2, and Crossrail projects. • Experience managing NEC contracts. • A degree in Construction, Engineering, or Project Management (or equivalent) is beneficial. • APM training is advantageous. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
