• Early-Stage Research: Own and lead early-stage user research processes and deliverables, capturing user needs and guiding project teams.
• Research Techniques: Utilize various research methods including field research, usability testing, ergonomics, and expert reviews.
• Human Factors Research: Conduct applied human factors research to support the development of new solutions and enhancements.
• Consultation: Provide internal consulting to support product development and improvement based on user insights.
• Project Management: Manage projects independently with minimal supervision and coach colleagues.
• Education & Advocacy: Promote the role of user research within the organization and educate teams about its importance.
Education: Master’s degree in Human Factors Engineering, Anthropology, Biomedical Engineering, Cognitive Engineering, Industrial Design, Psychology, or a related field.
