• Transformation Planning: Help clients shape their transformation plans, identifying opportunities for change and creating actionable roadmaps.
• Change Management: Provide hands-on support for large-scale change programs, including setting the vision, culture, and momentum for change.
• Design and Implementation: Support the design, implementation, and management of transformation offices and infrastructure.
• Communication and Training: Articulate compelling cases for change, coach Change Sponsors, and design/deliver change initiatives such as training and communication enablement.
• Continuous Improvement: Measure and enhance change initiatives through continuous improvement practices.
• Experience: Proven track record in delivering change and transformation projects within industry or consultancy. Experience across various sectors and industries is preferred.
• Knowledge: Understanding of change in organizational contexts and capability in areas such as Finance, HR, and Operations.
• Skills: Expertise in developing and delivering change strategies, business cases, and governance structures for large-scale programs. Proficiency in PowerPoint and other visual development tools.
• Passion for Technology: Genuine interest in how technology influences workplace development and employee roles.
