• Lead and provide technical leadership to the MuleSoft API team.
• Manage and coach a high-performing team of developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver API solutions from discovery to delivery.
• Develop and implement APIs using MuleSoft within Agile delivery teams.
• Apply best practices for API design, security, and integration architecture.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and cloud platform integrations.
• Ensure high-quality code and effective integration between applications.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft (v4) including on-premise and CloudHub.
• Proven track record of managing and leading development teams.
• Experience working with stakeholders in large, complex organizations.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of REST design principles, OAS, RAML, XML, JSON, API security standards.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Unit testing skills using MUnit framework.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows Powershell preferred.
• MuleSoft Development Certification preferred.
