• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project teams on all aspects of Mechanical,
Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes,
regulations, and industry best practices.
• Conduct detailed MEP system evaluations, identifying potential issues, and proposing
effective solutions to optimize system performance, energy efficiency, and costeffectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure
seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall design and construction process.
• Review and approve MEP design documents, specifications, and drawings, ensuring they
meet the project requirements and adhere to Lodha Group’s high standards.
• Participate in value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities without
compromising system performance or quality.
• Provide technical support during construction, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring MEP
systems are installed and commissioned according to specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with MEP
standards and project requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest MEP technologies, trends, and industry best practices, and
recommend appropriate solutions for implementation in Clients projects.
• Mentor and train junior team members, fostering knowledge transfer and professional
development within the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or a related
field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP technical services, with a proven track record in
luxury residential or commercial projects.
• Thorough understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire
protection, and building automation systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex
technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate
with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design and modeling software.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards, such as ASHRAE, NFPA,
and LEED.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

• Main contractor/Trade/Commissioning Engineering experience (desirable).
