• Deliver high-quality, accurate designs for Building Services projects, including Commercial, Residential, and Prime Residential sectors.
• Utilize CAD software to produce detailed design documentation. Familiarity with Revit is a plus but not essential.
• Work on an ad hoc, flexible basis, allowing you to manage your schedule around existing commitments.
• Operate independently as a self-starter, effectively managing your workload and delivering designs from a remote location.
• Proven experience as a Building Services Mechanical Design Engineer.
• Proficient in CAD software. Experience with Revit is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to work flexibly and remotely, managing your own time and tasks.
• Strong self-motivation and initiative, capable of working independently.
