• Project Leadership: Apply project and change management skills to achieve desired business outcomes. Lead delivery techniques and share knowledge across teams.
• Team Management: Establish and manage Project Teams, Scrum Teams, and Agile delivery teams. Ensure clear vision and value are documented and communicated.
• Delivery Techniques: Apply best practices in both waterfall and agile methodologies. Develop and maintain Sprint culture, reporting on metrics such as sprint velocity and burn rates.
• Planning & Documentation: Define and document project approaches, deliverables, and success measures. Track and report on project benefits and progress.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project progress and issues to sponsors and stakeholders. Ensure business change deliverables are agreed upon.
• Sustainable Delivery: Deliver products into live service that are sustainable and meet the project’s objectives.
• Experience: Proven track record in delivering IT and business change projects globally, from initiation to benefit realization.
• Project Delivery: Experience with various delivery techniques, including Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and Product Delivery.
• Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple projects and work in environments focused on Continuous Improvement.
• Documentation: Experience in maintaining project schedules, resource plans, budgets, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Sector Experience: Experience in Information Technology, Professional Services, or Legal Sector.
