• Resolution Planning: Produce detailed analyses, written documentation, and management presentations for Citi’s resolution plan submissions to regulators.
• Capability Testing: Support and coordinate testing of resolution capabilities across Operations and Technology teams. Document and summarize outcomes into management updates.
• Documentation Development: Create resolution plan procedure documents (playbooks) and describe process flows for executing plans.
• Collaborative Approach: Work closely with senior business sponsors and cross-functional teams to achieve consensus and meet regulatory requirements.
• Independent Operation: Operate with a limited level of direct supervision, demonstrating independence of judgment and autonomy.
• Risk Assessment: Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards.
• Essential Skills/Experience:
• Experience in Financial Services, specifically within Operations and Technology.
• Understanding of Operational Resilience, Third Party Management, Resolution Planning, or Recovery Planning.
• Experience with internal/external audit or regulatory groups is preferred.
• Advanced project management, data analysis, and reporting skills, with a good understanding of supporting technologies (applications, reporting tools, and data presentation).
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
