Job Description

As an Enterprise Business Architect at Radius, you’ll be instrumental in aligning business strategies with enterprise architecture frameworks. Your role will involve creating cohesive blueprints that integrate business processes, IT systems, and organizational structures. You’ll analyze and model business operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure that changes align with business objectives. You may also lead an Architecture Review Board (ARB) and other enterprise architecture tasks.

Responsibilities

• Business Models & Processes: Utilize techniques like the Business Model Canvas to document and analyze business models, processes, and opportunities for improvement. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with various departments to gather requirements, manage change, and integrate new initiatives effectively. • Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain business architecture models and roadmaps to align projects with long-term goals. • Governance & Compliance: Establish governance frameworks, set standards, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. • Business Case Creation: Develop and present detailed business cases for new initiatives, including cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments. • Architecture Design: Create and maintain architecture blueprints to define IT system structures and integration. • Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend technologies that align with strategic goals, conducting proof-of-concepts and ensuring integration.

Requirements

• Experience: Several years in business architecture or enterprise architecture, with a strong understanding of business processes and technologies. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools, enterprise architecture frameworks, and business process modeling tools. • Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to facilitate meetings, build consensus, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. • Business Knowledge: Understanding of the telematics and IoT industry. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and align efforts with strategic goals. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Enterprise Architecture, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Desired Qualifications • Certifications: Certified Business Architect (CBA), Business Process Management (BPM) certifications, TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework).
