• Vessel Surveys: Conduct detailed surveys including precise measurements, photography, and technical evaluations.
• Electrical Standards: Apply knowledge of electrical installation standards and testing.
• Technical Issues: Address complex technical problems, fault finding, and design reviews.
• Project Planning: Prepare project plans, design packages, work packs, electrical schematics/documents, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements (RAMS).
• Client Communication: Maintain good communication with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Project Management: Oversee full project lifecycles, from conception to completion.
• CAD Drawings: Assist with creating CAD drawings and electrical designs.
• Team Management: Utilize and manage MEI electricians to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients and electricians, both remotely and onsite.
• Compliance: Adhere to Health and Safety and Quality procedures.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Electrical Systems.
• Education: HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is desired.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively.
• Travel: Willingness to travel nationally or internationally at short notice.
• Language: Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Teamwork: Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
