Job Description

As a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Consultant, you’ll design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 CE solutions for various clients. This role involves understanding clients’ business processes, customizing CRM solutions, integrating with other systems, and providing training and support.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: • Gather and analyze business requirements. • Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions to meet client needs. • Customize D365 CE applications to align with client processes. • Integration: • Integrate D365 CE with other Microsoft technologies and third-party systems. • Expert Advice: • Provide best practice recommendations for D365 CE and CRM strategies. • Training: • Deliver training sessions and workshops to end-users. • Support: • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 CE implementations. • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Requirements

• Experience: • Minimum of 2-3 years as a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant. • Proven experience in implementing and customizing D365 CE solutions. • Skills: • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is highly beneficial. • Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Certifications: • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies are a plus. • Other: • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Salary

£50,000 – £60,000 per annum
