• Manage a team of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers in the construction phase of Energy Projects.
• Oversee the deployment of resources to ensure all projects are sufficiently staffed.
• Improve work processes, procedures, and tools within the team.
• Review and ensure high-standard reporting across projects.
• Implement robust risk management strategies and mitigate risks.
• Provide feedback to the Development Team to improve future project estimates and proposals.
• Ensure effective project leadership and change management.
• Experience in managing complex and high-value projects in a construction environment.
• Leadership or people management experience.
• Familiarity with standard forms of contract (e.g., NEC4, MF/1, IChemE Red Book).
• Strong time management and relationship management skills.
• Experience with retrofit and live environment projects.
• Knowledge of building services and building scopes of work.
