• Oversee the project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
• Manage project budget and resources effectively.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage on-site personnel and materials, ensuring efficient project execution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, especially with projects involving Network Rail or Transport for London (TFL).
• CSCS Black Card and NVQ Level 6 qualifications.
• First Aid and Fire Marshall certifications are preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Industry knowledge with the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing high-stakes, large-scale projects.
