• Collaborate with the real estate team to introduce asset management systems and construction processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance asset value through construction and planning.
• Manage small development projects, including creating retail space, parking enhancements, and guest facilities.
• Oversee large development projects related to the expansion of the Village.
• Monitor project progress and provide financial reports for senior executives and board meetings.
• Supervise development accounting and financial monitoring systems.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role, particularly within the luxury retail sector.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across various locations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both creative and operational teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
