• Process Definition: Capture and analyze requirements to define and uplift processes for cloud implementation.
• Operating Model Development: Collaborate with the Operating Model Design lead to create a comprehensive model aligned with business objectives. Develop detailed documentation, including process flows, procedures, and governance models.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various business units to understand needs and ensure alignment of the cloud platform with organizational requirements. Facilitate workshops and meetings to validate designs.
• Technical Collaboration: Work with IT and cloud architecture teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of the operating model. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Change Management: Define Change Impact Assessments (CIA) and support change management plans. Provide training and support to stakeholders for smooth transition to the new operating model.
• Essential Skills/Experience:
o Proven ability to define and document operating models and business processes.
o Experience in large-scale, complex transformation programs.
o Experience with change management and training development teams.
o Cloud operating model design experience, preferably in Microsoft Azure.
• Desired Skills:
o Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
o Proficiency in analysis tools and software.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Organizational Design Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or similar role, preferably with cloud platform implementations.
