• Create database specifications based on the needs of clinical research projects.
• Build and validate databases for clinical studies, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
• Manage and maintain database systems used in clinical research.
• Develop data management plans and guidelines for data handling and storage.
• Create data listings using reporting tools for analysis and presentation.
• Provide training to team members and study site staff on database usage.
• Improve data management processes and implement new procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all database-related activities.
• Collaborate on client presentations and interact with auditors, inspectors, and consultants.
• Participate in client meetings, providing project scope information to support proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
• Fluency in English (and local language, if applicable).
• Experience in database administration, database design, and database management systems.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, Oracle SQL Developer, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Transact-SQL (T-SQL).
