• Transformation Management: Lead and manage benefits-driven transformations through change management, benefits realization, and training activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business resources across client organizations to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for business change, training, transition, and post-implementation support.
• Leadership and Consulting: Operate as a member of the Program Management Office leadership team and interact with C-level executives. Lead and motivate teams of consultants.
• Experience:
• Proven experience leading change management for ERP or technology-enabled business transformations, particularly SAP.
• Experience in executive visioning, business case design, stakeholder engagement, process design, organization design, transition management, communications, end-user education, and knowledge transfer.
• Skills:
• Strong consulting and analytical skills with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to operate at various organizational levels and deliver significant business benefits.
• Strong desire to understand business solutions and their benefits.
• Education:
• Post-graduate business degree or equivalent experience.
• SAP Experience: Highly desired.
