• Change Management: Oversee the release and change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous documentation and requirements gathering processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Convey complex ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Domain Expertise: Ensure solutions meet industry standards and customer expectations while integrating ESG principles into business processes.
• Essential Skills/Experience:
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and managing the delivery life cycle of business requirements.
• Proficiency in modeling languages such as BPEL or UML.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in team environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of sustainability compliance and reporting standards, including carbon assessment, packaging, WEEE, ESOS, SECR, and battery compliance.
• Experience in integrating ESG principles and familiarity with emerging sustainability initiatives like Digital Product Passport.
• Willingness to travel to customer offices (clean driving license required).
