• CMS Features and Components: Detail the features and page components of Content Management Systems. Develop user stories and functional requirements for new web CMS platforms.
• Platform Development: Work with the platform development team to create functional requirements. Manage functional compromises to maintain a common CMS platform serving multiple organizations.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to balance competing functional requirements and ensure the CMS platform is fit for purpose, sustainable, and maintainable.
• Agile Environment: Work within an Agile framework to ensure project goals and deliverables are met efficiently.
• Essential Skills/Experience:
o Proven experience detailing features and components of CMS platforms.
o Experience with at least one end-to-end CMS platform build.
o Ability to manage functional compromises on a CMS platform hosting multiple websites.
o Strong experience in Agile environments.
o Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Desired Skills:
o Experience with Drupal is highly desirable.
Education
• Relevant experience in a Business Analyst role, particularly with CMS platforms, is required. A formal degree in a related field is preferred but not essential.
