Responsibilities
• Liaise with office departments to report on build progress, health and safety, materials, drawings, and subcontractors.
• Supervise and motivate subcontractors and the internal site team.
• Ensure site management adheres to Health and Safety regulations.
• Maintain build quality on-site.
Requirements
• Previous experience with a UK Main Contractor.
• Proven track record in delivering industrial and logistics projects.
• Experience in overseeing projects from planning to site completion.
Salary
£75k-£100k
