• Support the delivery of safe and secure facilities maintenance.
• Ensure that health and safety standards are met across all projects and operations.
• Collaborate with teams in areas like payroll, finance, supply chain, and commercial operations to maintain compliance.
• Conduct accident investigations, risk assessments, and safety audits to ensure a secure environment.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental policies across all levels of the business.
• Communicate safety initiatives to staff, ensuring a consistent safety culture.
• Provide guidance on workplace safety and occupational health.
• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Strong attention to detail, methodical and organized approach to tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to communicate across all levels.
• Computer literate with knowledge of safety software and report generation.
• Full UK Driving Licence for travel across the region.
• Experience in the Total Facilities Management (TFM) industry.
