• Testing and Correlation: Assist with tyre testing activities and tyre model correlation.
• Future Performance: Analyze and forecast expected tyre performance and behavior for future seasons.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of physics and mathematics related to high-performance vehicles.
• Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis, including cleaning, transformation, and visualization using Python, R, or similar tools.
• Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.

• Motorsports Experience: High-level experience in tyre performance, especially with Pirelli tyres, is highly valued but not required.
