• Network Design & Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to reduce costs, increase delivery speed, and enhance the delivery experience for Amazon customers.
• Program Development: Prioritize technical and operational initiatives, set stakeholder expectations, and create tools for optimal network design.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, operational, and technical teams to implement initiatives and drive cross-functional teams to deliver programs.
• Program/Project Management Experience: Proven track record in managing programs or projects.
• Advanced Excel & SQL Skills: Proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Complex Problem Solving: Experience in solving complex problems within tight schedules.
• Bachelor’s Degree: Relevant undergraduate degree.
