• Process Improvement: Lead and deliver engagements focused on process improvement by designing and modeling future-state processes for clients.
• Implementation: Assist clients in implementing improved processes and automating workflows through ServiceNow’s Business Process Management (BBPM) solutions.
• Business Development Support: Provide pre-sales support by working with the Business Development team to build solutions that meet client needs.
• Client Interaction: Work directly with business users and clients to gather requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ITIL V3 or V4 certification (required).
• CPDE (Certified Process Design Engineer) or equivalent (required).
• Desirable:
• Agile methodology.
• Prosci Change Management certification.
• TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework).
• Six Sigma.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.
