Job Description

Resonate is seeking a Technical Product Support Specialist for a remote, full-time entry-level position based in Milton Keynes, England. The role involves supporting and maintaining traffic management, simulation, and training systems, with responsibilities including remote support, system monitoring, and innovation support. Candidates will work on a shift system providing 24/7 coverage and may need to travel occasionally for client site visits.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain traffic management, simulation, and training systems. • Provide remote support and attend sites for commissioning or incident resolution. • Maintain monitoring solutions for environments and customer applications. • Work within service level agreements for response and resolution times. • Support innovation and advise on new technologies. • Document issues, requests, and solutions within the ITSM system. • Act as a mentor and contribute to the internal knowledge base. • Identify and raise process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with customer-facing experience. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. • Self-driven learner with the ability to investigate and develop solutions. • Experience with Linux/Windows systems, including network configuration and software troubleshooting. • Knowledge of networking protocols and configuration of network devices. • Experience with CRM or ITSM tools such as Zendesk or ServiceNow. • Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies. • ITIL qualifications and experience with structured query language (SQL) are advantageous.

Salary

£50,000 – £65,000
