• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Additional Tasks: Support the Aladdin business with various technical tasks.
Required Skills
• Networking Concepts: Proficiency in DNS, Subnetting, IP.
• Enterprise Technologies: Experience with VPN/IPSEC, MPLS.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Skills in desktop technologies and TCP/IP networking.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Initiative and Teamwork: Self-driven with a proactive approach.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in technical support roles such as IT help desk, desktop support engineer, or similar.
