Job Description

As a Project Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to project teams. Your duties will include document management, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with project-related enquiries. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of project activities and maintaining effective communication across all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of project documents with a focus on governance. • Assist with project planning, resourcing, and monitoring to ensure delivery against KPIs. • Produce and maintain project update reports. • Ensure systems are kept up-to-date with accurate information. • Handle bespoke data input. • Develop productive relationships with all stakeholders. • Provide general administrative support as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a project environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency with MS Office. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
